The Suburban Safari 2 from InStep is one of the most affordable at $168. The low price however does not necessarily indicate lower quality. In fact, it has several features that are found in higher end models and brands.

It has a pair of 16 inch back wheels and a 12 inch front wheel. This is the model you would want if you plan to jog around corners a lot. The swivel function makes it easier for you to navigate paths that aren’t straight. The swivel can be locked for straight path walking or jogging. For added safety, it has its own handbrake and tether so you don’t have to worry about the safety and comfort of your kids when you have to make a quick stop.

This InStep dual jogging stroller has other features that make it a true bargain. It can be folded with one hand for greater convenience to parents with a lot on their hands. It also comes with its own retractable canopy and viewing window, bug mesh and reclining padded seats.

Minor problems with this model include the lack of child and parent trays. It comes only with a child bar and a mesh for the jogger. The canopy may also sometimes provide insufficient coverage especially when the sun is shining head on. These may be minor issues depending on your specific needs. This InStep jogging stroller has other added features you may be interested in. These include a storage basket, seat storage, parent tray, padded handle and quick release wheels. For $200 this model can already give you what you basically need from a jogging stroller and more.

This model though may not be for you if you need to move a lot around tight corners. Seat cushioning also does not seem to be sufficient for some kids. Height limitation is also a problem. Tall kids may find this ride just a little uncomfortable. There have been some complaints of some strollers of this model breaking easily.
